1. Upfront Pricing Philosophy

OuiPay operates under a strict 100% Upfront Pricing Guarantee. We believe financial products should be completely transparent, predictable, and fair across all operating markets.

Every applicable service charge, provider processing fee, and currency conversion rate is calculated and displayed line-by-line in the designated ISO currency on your confirmation screen prior to PIN authorization. You will never incur hidden fees, unexpected commissions, or post-transaction deductions.

2. Airtime & Mobile Data Top-Ups (0% Fee Guarantee)

OuiPay charges 0% service fees on all mobile airtime and data bundle purchases across supported networks in active operating markets.

When purchasing an airtime refill or data bundle, your chosen payment method or wallet balance is debited exactly the face value of the product in the local currency. Zero service surcharge is added by OuiPay.

3. Multi-Currency Exchange Rates & Rate Quote Locking

Cross-border currency conversions across supported operating corridors are calculated using transparent mid-market exchange rates plus a minimal service spread:

• Exchange Service Spread: 1.0% to 1.5% depending on transaction volume band and liquidity corridor.
• Rate Quote Lock Guarantee: Guaranteed exchange rate locked for a fixed duration (such as 15 minutes) upon quote request, protecting your transaction against rate fluctuations during processing.

The exact conversion rate, gross currency amount, fee spread, and net beneficiary payout amount in the target ISO currency are displayed in real-time before you confirm processing.

4. Utility & Bill Settlements

Bill payments (such as electricity tokens, internet bundles, and TV subscriptions) incur nominal processing charges to cover biller network fees.

All utility processing fees are explicitly itemized in the local currency on the confirmation screen prior to payment authorization.

5. Wallet Maintenance & Account Inactivity

Holding funds, linking payment methods, or maintaining an active account on OuiPay is completely free of charge across all supported accounts:

• Monthly Account Maintenance: Zero recurring fee.
• Inactivity & Dormancy Penalties: Zero penalty fee.
• Rate Viewing & Quote Generation: Zero fee.

6. Payment Methods & Funding Charges

Fees for payment methods depend on the selected payment channel:

• Direct Bank Transfer Payments: 0% OuiPay service fee (bank transfer processing charges may apply if assessed by your originating bank).
• Debit Card / Mobile Money Payments: Standard processing fee assessed by payment card networks and mobile money providers, explicitly itemized prior to payment confirmation.
